FACE
Direct necklift
A direct necklift is a different procedure to the one typically performed alongside a facelit.
It is an operation that removes loose sagging skin from the front of your neck only — the so-called “turkey waddle” — to improve your neck contour. It does not address sagging in your cheeks or jowls.
It is the simplest type of necklift and recovery is much quicker than other techniques. The drawback is that it leaves a scar along the midline of your neck. It is especially effective for men, who can conceal the scar in a beard.
